How did this happen?

A perfectly reasonable idea got slightly out of hand.

For Halloween 2000, Andie bought a bubble machine for trick-or-treaters. When she said it was a shame people couldn’t turn it on from the internet, Mike entered “tinker mode.”

On January 29, 2001, the BubbleCam went live. The cameras, computers, controllers, and bubble housing have changed many times since then. The basic idea hasn’t: someone, somewhere, presses a button—and bubbles happen here.

We love AC almost as much as we love the bubble cam! MY husband thinks it so cruel that you have a remote light pointed to his spot, so people can see him if it's too dark. He decided to prove his point to me, and took a flash light to bed one night. As soon as I fell asleep, he turned the flash light on, shining it in my face, and informing me of how AC must feel with people bugging him with a spot light while he tries to sleep. :) OK, OK, he has a point! Perhaps a kitty treat dispencer for AC, instead of a light could be in the works? Ofcourse, then, he would weigh 100 pounds! He's sooooooooooo beautiful! Del Ray Beach has the best people! It's where I go to long board! :)
